EaseAccess24 is a European web accessibility company. The Accessibility Control Center (ACC) is our flagship SaaS platform, priced on a **usage-based credit model** — you pay for what the platform actually does (scanning, AI fixes, alt-text generation, opt-in widget AI), not an estimated traffic tier.

**Billing:** monthly or annual (annual saves ~17%). All plans include a **7-day free trial** and a **14-day return policy**. Credits are consumed only by actions you take; daily monitoring, widget rendering, and dashboard access are free.

## How credits are spent (headline rates)
- Full page scan: 2 credits/page (1 crawl + 1 audit)
- AI remediation: ≥1 credit per LLM call (token-based)
- Alt-text generation: 0.2 credits/image
- Widget AI use: 0.2 credits flat per use
- Daily monitoring (hash check), widget rendering, dashboard access: free

## Professional services (not credit-charged)
- **Accessibility Audit** — expert-led manual assessment against WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549. Custom quote, scoped by site complexity and page count.
- **VPAT Compliance** — formal accessibility conformance documentation for procurement and enterprise contracts. Custom quote.

Audit and VPAT are billed as separate professional-services engagements with no credit-deduction path in the platform.
